Smart Choice Roofers GC started as a local, family owned business in Richmond, and it has stayed that way. We work in English and Spanish, we answer the phone 24 hours a day, and most of the calls we get start the same way: someone thinks they might have storm damage and does not know what to do about it.

We do not run a big call centre. Homeowners tend to deal with the same people from the first inspection through to the last shingle, and that shows up in what they write about us afterward. What we install
CertainTeed, GAF and Owens Corning, backed by two separate warranties.
We are a CertainTeed ShingleMaster contractor, and we install organic and glass fibre shingle from GAF, Owens Corning and CertainTeed depending on what a roof actually calls for. Every install carries a five year labour warranty from us on top of the ten year manufacturer warranty on the materials themselves, stated plainly rather than buried in fine print. Past the roofline
Concrete and power washing came from the same customers asking.
A lot of our roofing customers had a cracked driveway or a stained patio while we were already on site, so we added concrete work and power washing rather than send them somewhere else. If you sign a roofing contract with us, the exterior wash of the whole house is free, not just the roof.
