What we handle

The roof is why people call. Here's what else we handle once we're on site.

Storm and hail claim work is most of what brings us to a Richmond roof, and it is still the heart of what we do. But once a crew is already on a ladder, the same customers keep asking about the rest of the house, and that is how concrete work and power washing ended up on this list alongside roofing. Below are the five things we handle most, with the real detail behind each one instead of a one line description.

If a claim came back denied, start with insurance claim help. If you are still deciding whether it is worth the call at all, the questions we get asked most is a faster read.

Five things we handle

Roofing first. Then whatever else the house needs.

Insurance claim help and repairs come first because that is why most people call. Installations, concrete and power washing follow the same crew out to the same houses.

Insurance claim help

A denial letter is not the end of a claim, it is a decision made on one visit. We get on the roof first, before anything is filed, because storm damage rarely reads the same from the ground as it does up close. The adjuster tests a 10 foot by 10 foot square of your roof and has to find somewhere between five and 15 hail bruises inside it, depending on the insurer. We photograph that square before the adjuster ever arrives, so the count is on record rather than argued about afterward. If the first inspection comes back denied, we can request a second one and put the evidence in front of the carrier again.

Repair and maintenance

Roof repairs

The leak you can see almost never sits under the hole causing it. Water travels along the felt and the fastener pattern before it ever shows up on a ceiling, so a repair starts with tracing where the water actually goes, not just patching where it landed. We handle emergency leak repairs, debris removal, standard leak inspections and restorations, and we would rather get ahead of storm season with a preventative check than take a call after the roof has already failed.

Roof installations

A tear-off shows you what the last roof was hiding: rotten decking, old felt that should have been replaced years ago, a fastener pattern that was never quite right. We install organic and glass fiber shingle, chosen for how a Gulf Coast pitch actually sheds water and heat, using name brand materials from GAF, Owens Corning and CertainTeed. Every install carries two separate warranties, five years of labor from us and ten years on the manufacturer's own materials, and we will tell you plainly what each one actually covers before you sign anything.

Call and describe what you're looking at.

We answer 24 hours a day, in English or Spanish. The inspection is where we tell you what a roof actually needs, whether that turns into an insurance claim, a repair, a full install, or nothing at all.
