Repairs and maintenance
Roof repairs
Emergency leak repairs, storm preparation and early response, debris removal, restorations and standard leak inspections.
Chapter 01
Why the stain on your ceiling is rarely under the hole
Water finds the path of least resistance once it is past the shingle line, running along the decking or a rafter before it ever shows up as a stain inside the house. That means the wet patch on your ceiling can sit several feet from where the roof actually failed, and chasing it straight up with a ladder usually points at the wrong spot.
A standard leak inspection starts on the roof itself, not the ceiling: we trace the shingle field, the flashing, and the soffit and fascia for the actual entry point before anything gets opened up or patched. Getting that forensics step right the first time is the difference between a repair that holds and one that reappears three storms later.

Storm preparation beats an after-the-fact repair
Most of the calls we get come in after wind or hail has already done its damage. Storm preparation and early response, checking flashing, clearing debris, and catching lifted or missing shingles before the next system rolls through, is cheaper and faster than emergency leak repair once water has already gotten inside a Fort Bend home.
When the emergency does happen, we treat it as emergency: debris removal and a leak repair get scheduled the same way, day or night, since we are available 24 hours by call, text or email. Storm season on the Gulf coast does not wait for business hours, and neither do we.
Chapter 03
Maintenance and restoration as an alternative to a full replacement
Not every roof that is showing its age needs to come off. Roof maintenance and roof restoration work, cleaning debris, resealing flashing, addressing isolated wear before it spreads, can add real years to a roof that is otherwise sound, and it costs a fraction of a full tear-off.
We will tell you honestly which side of that line your roof is on. If an assessment says restoration will hold, that is what we recommend; if it says otherwise, that is the conversation we have before any work starts. Call (832) 220-5057 for an assessment, in Richmond or anywhere across Fort Bend County and greater Houston.
